GAO Creator Revenue Share Policy

1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- “GAO” means GAO AI Social Super App
- “Creator” means any registered user who meets the eligibility criteria in Section 3 and participates in the GAO Creator Revenue Share Program.
- “Net Advertising Revenue” means total advertising revenue generated from eligible content, less transaction fees, platform operating expenses, and applicable taxes.
- “Eligible Content” means any content created, published, and monetized within the GAO ecosystem that complies with GAO’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Purpose and Scope
This Policy governs the distribution of revenue between GAO and Creators for advertising and monetization activities within the GAO ecosystem. By participating in this Program, the Creator acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Policy and the GAO Terms of Service.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for participation, a Creator must:
- Maintain an active GAO Verified Badge subscription ($20/month) or an active promotional free membership issued by GAO.
- Have at least 100 followers on GAO.
- Remain in compliance with GAO’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.
- Provide and maintain a valid payment method or crypto wallet for payouts
4. Revenue Share Model
- GAO will distribute 50% of Net Advertising Revenue generated from ads displayed alongside your eligible content.
- Revenue share applies to: Display ads, In-feed video ads, AI-matching sponsored content
- GAO reserves the right to adjust the revenue share percentage with at least 30 days’ prior written notice.
5. Calculation & Payment
5.1 Revenue Calculation
- Calculated monthly based on impressions, engagement, and ad placement performance.
- Final revenue figures are determined solely by GAO’s internal analytics systems.
5.2 Payment Schedule
- Payments will be processed within 30 days after the close of each calendar month.
- Minimum payout threshold: USD $50.
- Payment methods include: Bank transfer (USD), Supported stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC), GAO Wallet balance
5.3 Currency Conversion
- For cryptocurrency payments, the applicable exchange rate will be determined at the time of payment processing.
6. Taxes & Legal Compliance
- Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earnings.
- GAO may require submission of tax documentation prior to payment (e.g., Form W-9 for U.S. Creators, Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. Creators).
- Payouts may be withheld until all required tax documentation is provided.
7. Program Termination & Violations
GAO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if you:
- Violate GAO policies, terms, or applicable laws
- Engage in fraudulent activities or artificially inflate engagement metrics.
In the event of termination due to violations, any unpaid revenue may be forfeited.
8. Changes to the Policy
GAO may modify this Policy at any time, with at least 30 days’ advance notice prior to the effective date of any change.
