• Gao and its logos are the property of Toii Labs LLC (Delaware-USA)
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant Gao a limited license to display it within the app if you choose to post publicly.

• Gao may display contextual advertisements within the app experience.
• Ads are served based only on the context of the content you are viewing and not on your personal data or cross-app activity.
• Gao does not run third-party tracking ads or targeted advertising based on your personal profile.

• Gao is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gao is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss or unauthorized access on your device.
