Prohibited conduct
Gao prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, the sexual exploitation of minors, child trafficking, and any attempt to solicit, create, share, distribute, promote or facilitate such content or conduct.
Gao is not intended for children under 13 years old, and Gao does not knowingly collect information from children under that age. The Privacy Policy says what to do if you believe it has.
Reporting
Where Gao offers in-app reporting, users can report a person from their profile. To report specific content, child safety concerns, or concerns on a Gao surface that does not yet provide in-app reporting, contact support@gao.global with a link or a description of what you saw and where.
Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Gao is not monitored for emergencies and cannot respond to one.
Enforcement
Gao may remove prohibited content, restrict or suspend accounts or access, preserve relevant information where legally required, and take other appropriate action to protect users and the service.
Legal compliance
Gao complies with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations. Where required by applicable law, confirmed child sexual abuse material or related illegal activity is reported to the appropriate regional or national authority.
